Hi everyone!

I'm looking for two fics.

1. This fic has Kirk captured and tortured by Romulans. The federation is accusing Kirk of releasing sensitive info, so he's ordered to report to Earth for a court marshal. The Enterprise encounters a Romulan ship that has is using the "intelligence" they got from Kirk.

2. In this fic, Bones ends up having to take care of Joanna while he's at academy. Kirk shows him the best places for Joanna as he spent a lot of time on campus when he was growing up.

I seem to remember something about Kirk telling the Romulans that the federation was using psychics and the way to foil the psychics was to wear a hat of metal, or some such nonsense.
