Hey, I'm looking for a specific fic that take place partially during/after the reboot 2009 film. I just remember the following snippets.
Spock dealing with his loss of control on the bridge.
The bridge crew managed to beam aboard some vulcan school children before the plannet was destroyed, and spock helping them deal with the loss by giving them tasks to occupy them.
The admiralty of starfleet attempted to use spock as a scapegoat and putting him on trial, spock offering no defense and jim and co. coming to his rescue during the trial.
Was very spock centric and fairly angsty but with a happy ending, I think spock/kirk at the end, pretty long fic.
