Star Trek Fic Finder

Hi, I lost my bookmark for this fic. It was unfinished when I last saw, but it could be complete by now.  I have a lot of details, but I can't remember the name of the fic, or even which site I found it on originally.

I know it started off before Tarsus, and I'm sure it was Reboot.  Jim had a voice or presence in his head for as long as he could remember, and he 'heard' words a couple times, but didn't know what language they were (Vulcan. At least one word was 'Survive'.) Thus, I think the presence is Spock.

On Tarsus he lived in a hut thing (?) and made friends with a couple down the way. One day he found Kevin who wandered away from his famil y and got lost. Jim thought Kevin was abandoned and looked after him for weeks before Kevin's parents found him.  A few more weeks after is when the events of Tarsus really got going. Jim saw the couple die, and went through the town nearby collecting kids.  They were staying in a rock formation.  Jim used the Vulcan words as a tool to draw strength with the other kids, but became disillusioned with the words and and presence went the presence cut Jim off and abandoned him. Jim keep up the appearence of beiieving the words to help the kids. 

There was a teenage female who was close to Jim.  She was kiled by the soldiers when she went looking for Kevin who had left to look for Jim who in turn was out getting more supplies.

Jim, Keviin and 7 (?) others were captured by Kodos' men. Jim was tortured in front of all the others for days, but wouldn't tell where the rest of the group was hiding. This is where they were went Starfleet rescued them.  Jim had trouble getting the Starfleet in charge to let him go get the others, or even to believe that there were no adults helping them.

After Tarsus they were kept together for a while, but when they tried to separate the kids from Jim he got violent.  They ended up 'kidnapping' the kids quickly and without warning to get to their 'families'.  The last thing I remember reading was that Jim was pretending to his thearapist to get out of the facility where he was being kept by himself.

Like I said, I have a lot of detail, but not the name of the story.  Help would be much appreciated.
