Reboot Fics Recs

Are there any reboot  that take place during the movie? Fics that focus what's going on inside the characters' heads. Preferably focusing on Spock and Jim.   I've read plenty that take place after and before but very little during.

Actually, there are lots of Delta Vega (Mind Meld of Doom) fics that I know of, start looking at rhaegal's recs masterlist (http://rhaegal.dreamwidth.org/5667.html), there's a special section for them. And there must be more, but I don't have them bookmarked :( Sorry if that's not (all) you wanted, but that's all I can recall.
