Looking for Kirk/McCoy with maybe Mitchell?

It drives me crazy that I can't remember the details of this fic. I think Kirk/McCoy is the pairing and a male character (I'm thinking maybe Mitchell?) keeps hitting on Jim while Jim and McCoy are at a bar, clearly together. Jim is pissed and tells Mitchell to come back to their room and there Jim and McCoy have sex while Mitchell watches, sort of as a fuck you to Mitchell. When they're done Mitchell tries to get it on with Jim while he's recovering but McCoy gets all possessive.

Oh, god I think half of those details might be wrong (like maybe Mitchell was hitting on Bones to piss Jim off because he's really after Jim). And like I said, it may not be Mitchell at all.

Reboot Academy Fics

Hi all!  I'm very new new to this fandom, but completely hooked already.  I recently read A Beautifully Illogical Mind by waldorph and now I'm desperate for more academy fics.  I'll take gen, slash, or even het, as long as it's Jim centric and preferably in the Reboot universe.  (Love that juvenile delinquent Jim.)  Stories taking place  at the Academy are great, different ways Jim ends up their are even better!

Also, I tend to go on theme binges with my fic reading, so I'm wondering if anyone can link me to some theme lists I can work my way through.  I've found one for Tarsus fics, but that's all so far.  I prefer Reboot, not being very familiar with TOS, but I'll take lists that have both as well.  Or even some good delicious accounts that are extensively divided by themes.

Hello! Could you help me find these two types of fics?

1. Specific story: TOS K/S with more or less established relationship; Kirk has to sleep a night with some alien queen, because, according to their customs, sex is how they seal their deals (and Kirk had to buy/win some Federation people from slavery there). Major jealosy and angst ensue.
I'd be happy to get other recs with Kirk being unfaithful 'in the course of duty' and Spock's reaction to it.

2. ANY well-written break-ups. Treated as a major point of the story, not just a margin note.
