Ongoing kirk/mccoy angst fic

OMGosh so sorry i have to do this.
I am looking for a series that was recently updated (final instalment) in the past couple of months which i have lost track of. It is kirk/mccoy who were in a long term relationship. in the first story Mccoy is left on a desert planet for a time before the Enterprise can retrieve him. He has abandonment issues from this. The second the third deal with the sexual assault of Kirk??? with the final part i read in which Kirk blames Bones for what happened to him.
I noted it, but did not read at the time because i had other things to do and i couldn't see it while scrolling through kirk/mccoy or st newsletter.

I read a fic where Nu!Kirk ends up switched with Prime!Kirk. Nu!Kirk is obviously Captain, but Prime!Kirk is only like a Lieutenant or something...Does this sound at all familiar, friends?

 I was just wondering, in my new obsession with Star Trek fic, if there were any communities out there, focusing on Jim angst, hurt etc? So basically Jim getting injured, emotional or physical problems? Or even just one in general that would have some fics rec'ed on them?

I'm looking for Kirk/alwaysagirl!McCoy that is pretty much in canon (except for the whole alwaysagirl thing, obviously). I want her to be the same acerbic, exasperated McCoy we know and love, just in female form. I will read most everything, but I'm not looking for fic with babies or D/s. Anything good would be just swell. Thanks folks!

Update: OK< I've read everything (yep) on the super-awesome list pippopippo linked to and I still want more. Is there any? I'm on a mission, apparently.
