Reboot Kid!Fic with a BadassKidKirk

Looking for a fic in which the Narada appears in orbit over Vulcan while Spock is till a kid and the Captain demands that Spock be turned over to him.  However it happens Spock comes onboard, and it turns out that the "Captain" is Kirk, also a child.  Nero kidnapped Kirk, either from the shuttle, or from Iowa, and eventually Jim figures out whats going on as a kid and manages to get rid of the crew and take over the ship.  Following this, he remembered that Nero had mentioned Spock repeatedly and so Jim went looking for him.  Thats all I remember, but any and all help finding this would be greatly appreciated

Hey all - I'm looking for a fic that I haven't been successful in finding so far anywhere else, so I thought you guys might be able to help.

"Poision of Choice". Gossip Girl AU, NC-17, Kirk/McCoy/Gaila, Kirk/McCoy. It was by atomicskull and felonazcorp, and vanished when felonaz deleted the fic on her journal. Neither of us had saved it (d'oh) so I was wondering if anyone had seen a pdf/doc floating around. It's probably around a year, year and a half old? I remember that Zach was in an abusive relationship with some guy n Chris was real protective of him... Also the guy raped Zach after beating him up... It ended up with Chris an Zach gettin together...
Please Help!!!

Also if there r any fics with Chris bein protective of Zach!!!
