Secret Agent Tom

I'm looking for a series of Voyager fics I read a while back where Tom Paris was really a sort of Starfleet special ops agent, with everything he did, and his stay in prison, being part of a mission. The first few stories are about him having impossible skills which suprise Voyager's crew, with the fourth or fifth story being a reveal fic, with the ship getting home a few years early. Anyone?
