Star Trek Fic Finder

I'm trying to find this Voyager fic where Tom and co build a ship that can withstand the slipstream so they can go home after and not, y'know, kill them all. It's a series of fics really though I tend to think of it as one.

It starts off with Tom (I think) on the night shift coming up with some ideas and playing with toleranes and forwarding the result onto Chakotay and running with it. Eventually you get Tom, B'Elanna, Harry and Seven designing and planning things in Janeway's ready room. They start off with a shuttle thing that makes a trip to Earth and back eventually and then I think they modify Voyager?

Also through this Tom is working towards becoming a recognised medical doctor and there's these nice stasis biobed things and towards the end there's some fun with Seven and tricking people into thinking she's not a borg and starfleet running around looking for fully assimilated Borg drone.

I can't find it for the life of me, anybody know where it is?
