disability?

 I was wondering if there were any good fics out there that featured Jim self harming? and, preferably, Bones finding out? Or, failing that, something where Jim has a mental disorder and Bones finds out, is the only one to know? 
Even, any kind of Jim with mental instability? As in, bipolar, anorexia?
Oh, and any with a physical disability? Like a permanent limp, or diabetes?

Jim is bipolar, and goes manic, wants out of his head, and finally goes to Bones to help himself settle.
