Nero taking baby Kirk, or maybe a different reboot!Kirk and that Kirk getting off the Narada and onto the Enterprise/Starfleet.



Anything where Pike raises Kirk and maybe even Sam. Bonus if it is mpreg and Pike and George were together (secretly, whatever) and Jim was their son.



Fics where Jim leaves the Enterprise. Like: he's in a relationship with Spock, but something happens and Spock thinks he cheated and cuts ties with him and everyone blames Jim though it's not his fault. And with tension so thick with the crew and him he decides to leave. Bonus if he goes to captain another ship in Starfleet, or he heads off somewhere else.



Any where Jim had to go down with the ship like his father, and a year later or whenever another Kirk from another universe comes to that one where he died, and the crew has to get used to him.



Any fics where Jim is betrayed by Starfleet (like by a select few admirals and captains). Kind of where he is sent on a secret mission and is captured and considered a traitor to Starfleet, then he is later found innocent and they have to get him back.



Fics where Jim had a kid during his Academy days or before and no one knows about it till one day they meet the kid. Bonus if it is half human and half another species.



Any fic where Jim falls for someone from Spock's past, like one of his bullies. And or another member of the Vulcan race and Spock does not like it. Also bonus if he falls for a Klingon or maybe another race that has the crew at odds with.



Any fics where the cast of Star Trek 2009 come to the reboot universe. Bonus if is Chris Pine and he has to pretend to be Kirk, or if Kirk had just died and their is no way to send him home.



Anything where Kirk ended up on the USS Farragut instead of the Enterprise and was able to stop them from being destroyed, or him being on any other ship that went to help Vulcan and survived and is able to help the Enterprise.





I prefer Reboot fics but TOS is most welcome, as is crossovers. Also long fics are love, but shorts are okay as well.

sunshine of my love has bones/kirk with kirk and him meeting in new orleans when kirk was like 17 and bones was at a conference, they make the sexy times, and jim has a baby. they meet at the academy later in the first chapter and you get to see the relationships change.
