Picard/?Klingon?, Slash with a klingon I can not remember the name of...

I read it YEARS ago, it was a fic with Picard and a klingon...I can not remember his name, my brain keeps saying it was Kern but I have a strong feeling that is not right. But Picard challenged him by implying a klingon could not get through human courtship rituals. the klingon man took the challenge of course.

There is a scene where Picard lightly kisses his knuckles and then leaves, leaving the man standing with his hands out, and a klingon officer on the shit asks if something is wrong with his hands.

i remembers words used like copulation, courtship, and some scene with holding hands...

It was a silly, yet adorable fic. I am pretty sure it was standalone, and it ended in sex between them. It was pretty PG from what I remember
