Protective!Bones meets Winona

I'm looking for fics where Bones and Jim are either together or just good friends.  I want fics where he tries to find the similarities between them and/or is very protective of Jim.  Winona love or hate is okay.  Even if it is a part of a longer story or series of stories, that is good too.  Thanks in advance!
