K/S.....Break Up

I am looking for a K/S story where Kirk and Spock go to a monastery to break the bond between the two of them.  I cannot remember anything else but I believe Jim was recovering from an injury at the time.   I believe the story had a happy ending and fairly certain that it was Star Trek Reboot.
