Kirk and Spock as childhood friends

Hi all! 

I'm looking for fic that contain any or all of the following features:
1. Kirk and Spock meet as children and become friends
2. Amanda thinks Kirk and Spock are adorable and hilarious together.
3. Kid!Kirk on Vulcan, preferably baffling the Vulcans
4. Kirk and Spock as childhood friends become Kirk/Spock as adults
5. Snarky but not!evil T'Pring
6. Kirk and Spock at the academy together
7 Kirk and Spock bonding (preferably young)
8. Protective!Spock
9. Tarsus

The more of these features in the fic, the better! I prefer AOS, but TOS is good too. Thanks so much!

Magpie by Waldorph has a snarky protective Spock meeting Jim as a child and does include Tarsus and a not!evil T'Pring. No bonding yet however the story is still not finished so I live in hope.

Keira Macros has written a long series also unfinished which starts with them as teenagers called Tangled Destinies

It does have an evil T'Pring and no Tarsus, however to make up for that it does have Kirk meeting and baffling Vulcans and Kirk and Spock bonding.
This series may not be your cup of tea, however if you like your pairing to fall madly in love and become powerful and rich and gather huge families around themselves, which I must admit I have a huge weakness for, then this and any of the series on her site are for you.

Thanks so much. I love this fic. I think I've read it 10 times, but I had lost the bookmark. Thinking about it is why I made this post. (I was hoping it would turn up, but I wanted lots of kid!kirk and kid!spock goodness. *grins*).
