Spock and Kirk are court-martialed because they're in love except they aren't (yet)?

Hello, everyone!

So, I lost this epic fic that is probably super-famous and I hope you can help me find it :)

I'm pretty sure it was chaptered (in any case it was a long one) and Reboot. Kirk and Spock are ordered to report to a space base somewhere because in the last mission Kirk disobeyed protocol in order to save Spock's life (and it's not the first time it happens) and so Starfleet thinks they're in a relationship and they are going to trial for this. They are not together at the beginning, and I remember that one of the lawyers is an old girlfriend, or friend, of Jim; there is some kind of machine that can detect if you're lying and it's not used on Vulcans because they can't lie anyway (or so it seems); there is a lot of press and a Vulcan journalist and a bomb and poison and angst and love and Kirk being is adorable reckless self.

It was a wonderful story, so if someone has not read it already I greatly recommend it (provided that we manage to find it ;)

Any idea if this fic is actually meant to be center text? When I click on that link it's not pretty at all and hard to read but I can't find it anywhere else.
