Hi all!

I'm looking for a fic where Kirk and McCoy live together, or Kirk hangs out at McCoy's place very often.
Kirk is a hooker, and McCoy knows about it and isn't happy about it. He tolerates it and patches him up when things get bad.
Except one day Kirk comes back with his back bloody and McCoy has had enough. There's a fight, and McCoy finally admits that he's in love with Kirk.
I actually don't remember how it ends.
