2 fics - AU and Mates

startrekficfinderhi folks I'm looking for two Spock/Kirk fics that I have been looking for forever!
1. The first one is an AU (but still has starfleet) where jim works with tech and is antisocial. He is friends with Sulu, who lives in his apartment complex. Spock shows up soon enough and is intrigued by Jim. They end up together and everything is happy. :)
2. This one I only remember one bit; Jim get hurt on a mission and Spock brings him to sick bay and Bones. He then tells Bones to save him no matter what because Jim is his mate. I think the story had a chapter or two from Bones perspective and how he felt about Jim and Spock being in a relationship.
