Looking for some fics - FOUND!

I'm looking for some fics but I'm not sure what they were.

I remember one of them had Jim and Spock bonded but there was something about an orb and Spock ignoring his bondmate.

I also remember a story where Jim gets raped and Spock thinks that he has cheated on him and turns the crew against him. Might be mpreg?

Also, I'm looking for any longer stories that have a lot of Jim angst like him hiding his past from the crew, etc...

Any ideas, guys?

I'm not sure if it's the specific fic you're looking for because there's no mpreg, but Agony (http://ksarchive.com/viewstory.php?sid=3236&warning=1) by CMM sounds pretty similar to the second thing you're looking for, and is worth a look if you're after misunderstandings and angst.

As for general Jim angst and character development:

Ingenious Idiot (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/8782048/1/Ingenious-Idiot) by Kanae Yuna is a pretty long gen/crew fic.

jezebel_rising's Long Way Home (http://jezebel-rising.livejournal.com/47772.html) is also good, pre-Jim/Spock but also with a lot of Jim's self-esteem issues and bad relationship with his family.

And finally, a fandom classic at this point, there's no way I can't not rec you distractedKat's Atlas, (http://archiveofourown.org/works/652116/chapters/1187249) if you haven't already checked it out, it's definitely worth the read!
