Kirk/Spock Kirk assaulted

Hi all,

Looking for a fic that reverses the trope where kirk is assaulted and Spock doesn't believe kirk. In the one I'm looking for Spock is on negotiations maybe and the crew has shore leave. Kirk is physically and mentally assaulted by a man and woman. He goes back to the ship and everyone thinks he cheated on Spock. When Spock returns he immediately knows Kirk was assaulted and supports him

Not-OP here. I do remember it was a long fic. The assault scenes where very nsfw. Iirc, the woman also manipulates Jim's mind so that Jim will be frightened of Spock or their bond. The mastermind may also be a brass from Starfleet

Sorry for the delay, didn't get a notice I had any replies. If I remember correctly the fic was pretty short and was maybe on KS or some sort of challenge response. Je2060 not quite the right fic but I'll have to give your suggestion a read. Thanks!
