Looking for an old fanzine fic

This story has been on my mind for ages, and I can't find it anywhere on the Net. It was in an old printed fanzine, but I can't remember which one...

The gist of the story was the Kirk, Uhura, Spock, and maybe one or two others were on some primitive planet where there were very strict gender-defined roles. I seem to remember that Uhura was raped by the natives as a sort of payback for being assertive. Eventually there's a kind of tribal ceremony--a day in which the women become very aggressive and the men, including Kirk, are drugged, I think, and assaulted. They wind up getting away, but by the time they're rescued, the men are pretty sick with some kind of fever.
