I am looking for an old, old story. It is Kirk/McCoy, I believe, and it involved Jocelyn coming aboard the Enterprise. I don't think Kirk knew that it was Jocelyn, Mccoy's ex, that he was welcoming aboard. I think she was with her new husband? At some point, she might have been trying to seduce Kirk or was spying on him for some reason?

Help! It's driving me nuts that I can't find it!

I am desperately looking for a McKirk fic I read a while back but for the life me cannot remember the name or where I read it.
What I do remember is that it takes place after the Narada, Jim & McCoy is in a relationship but McCoy's ex wants him back now that he is a hero. Miscommunication sorted out, Jim & McCoy is getting some much deserved sleep when the ex arrives, telling McCoy it's just a phase and it's done now. McCoy puts her in her place and so on and so forth.

Please please please help. It's driving me nuts.

Hi,
I'm looking for two specific Kirk/McCoy NuTrek fics:
1. An AU where Bones is a Vampire, and Jim is a latent Fae I think. I remember it's unusual that Jim has no apparent magic, and Pike(who is married to number one?) wants Bones to bond with Jim to protect him. There's a couple scenes in a bar, with Bones being protective, and eventually Jim's magic manifests somehow. I remember Jim is some kind of cop and Chekov is really small-like Jimmy Cricket?-and his partner or something.
2. A lot more vague, but Bones hasn't seen Joanna in years, and either after the Narada or during a holiday Jim surprises Bones with seeing his daughter again. I remember it was a scene at the end of a quite long fic, and Joanna runs down a corridor towards Bones or something.
Also, more generally I was looking for Kirk/McCoy fics where:
3. Jim has some kind of long term disability or illness, or is just really badly injured, and Bones acts in a caretaker/Doctor role. Basically, I'm looking for fics where Jim is in need of some form of handson/constant-ish medical care and Bones is the one providing it. AUs, post STID, Slash, Non-slash, anything is good.

I'm looking for a Mirrorverse fic I read a few years ago.

This is what I remember: Kirk and McCoy had a deal; Kirk protects McCoy and Joanna and McCoy accepts to be his lover. Joanna lives with Jocelyn, but through Kirk's influence/money McCoy is able to have visitation rights or something like that. One day he is going to pick up Joanna when Jocelyn's men try to kill him. McCoy almost dies and Kirk revenges McCoy by killing Jocelyn and maybe half of her clan. Once McCoy is recovered, Kirk gives him a couple of bracelets made with Jocelyn's bones, then sets McCoy free because he broke his end of the deal and couldn't protect him and Joanna. But McCoy says it was not his fault and keeps the deal.

I *think* that in the end of the story it was clear that Kirk had always loved McCoy, though McCoy makes clear that he will stay with Kirk but he will never love Kirk the way he wants because he just doesn't have it in him to be in that kind of love anymore. It is not a very dark Mirrorverse fic.

Okay so, I read this one ages ago, before my computer crashed and I lost all my bookmarks.
In it I'm fairly sure Jim works on Bones's Grams farm for room and board. At one point she enters a pageant which is organised by Bones's ex... and I know that Jim and Bones get together.
And that's all I really remember, oh and I'm sure it was on AO3 but I'm having a hard time navigating their tags right now thanks to my computer...

Any help would be great thanks!!!!!!

Okay, so it's a novel-length Kirk/McCoy fic set in modern times. Bones is still a doctor and still meets Jim on a flight to San Francisco. He's just divorced, deliciously bitter, arguing with ex over visitation rights with Jo. Jim is a pilot, I think? It's slow-building, with Jim crashing with Bones whenever he visits the city, building to a sort of quasi-roommate situation with cute post-it note shenanigans and whatnot. Bones is fairly reluctant/head-in-the-sand about any romance. At some point the two of them go back to GA... This all sounds like a million other Jim/Bones fics, doesn't it? Argh, it was posted as a wip on an LJ (pretty sure), does this ring any bells with anyone??

Basically, I can't remember where or when I read it, but bones and Jocelyn had split up but were still like absolute bestfriends. I don't think Joanna was in it, though.
At one point someone slags Jocelyn off and Bones or Jim are just like 'what the hell did you just say?' I'm pretty sure it was an academy era fic, too.

I'm trying to find a Kirk/Spock/Mccoy fic that started out as Mccoy/Kirk and then Spock came into the picture. Jocelyn can't deal with Joanna anymore, so she leaves her with Bones on the Enterprise and then there's an incident with a kid that clings to Jim and bonds with him instantly. And then there's more kids. I remember that the kids all call Spock Father. Any ideas? Thanks!

I'm a researcher at heart, so I'm normally pretty good at finding missing fic for other people, but this time, I'm searching for the fic - primarily because all I can remember are hazy images.

All I can really remember is that it is a pretty dark mirror fic, and someone kills Jocelyn and serves her heart up, or keeps her heart in stasis as a trophy. I can't even remember if it is a kirk/mccoy fic, but I figure it must be because I read so much of that.

Sound familiar to anyone? Help!

Are there fics with McCoy's ex-wife's reaction after the Reboot movie? So fics where they meet again, and Bones is successfull/happy/dating Jim Kirk.

I remember reading a story not too long ago where McCoy had to go to court to get visitation or custody of his daughter. His lawyer ended up being Kirk's sister Samantha a JAG lawyer. Does anyone remember the story?

I remember a fic where Kirk and McCoy are sharing rooms in the Academy after the Narada, Bones is making breakfast one morning when his ex-wife arrives to see him and Jim stays locked in the bedroom listening the conversation between them. I remember the fic star with them as friends and finish with them as lovers.

I know I have the link somewhere but I can not find it and I really, really want to read it again. Any bells?

Hey, I'm looking for any stories in the 09 trek verse where Bones' ex-wife has denied him access to Joanna for years, and Jim or Pike fixes it so he gets to see his daughter again/gets custody of her. I'm picturing a reunion in a park, for some reason, or Jocelyn being unable to keep a certain decorated hero from seeing his daughter after the narada. Anyone?

Im looking for a mccoy/jim fic where leonard goes to georgia or atlanta (? i'm not sure), where his ex-wife was spreading rumours about him, leo of course goes there in his hot self with jim (who i think pretends to be mccoy's lover? ) and they show up jocelyn as the jealous liar she is :) i think there was a party and jim danced with leonard. also there was a scene where jim was outside and he took his shirt off, i think he was watering the garden

I hope im not mixing things up ><

Also, any fics where mccoy tries to get custody of joanna post-Nero? like using his status as a hero to get custody from the judge?

Hey! Sorry about this. I've misplaced a fic. I can't remember too much of it, though. Bones gets a vid from Jocelyn, who has this plan to get him to come to Earth. Maybe she wants to try again? There is a Starfleet facility somewhere around where she lives, so she asks them if they'd take him and they are all excited, so she tells him about, also saying that he could spend lots of time with Joanna. Bones can't decide what to do about it.
In any case, Jim finds it (by snooping), and freaks. He doesn't say anything to anyone, but he's slowly dying inside. Bones is avoiding him, he's avoiding everone, etc.
In the end, Bones finds out why Jim's acting off, and says he wasn't planning on leaving. It was all very happy at the end, but angsty through everything else. I feel like I read this at the kink meme, but I can't find it there, so maybe not.
I appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you!
