Hi!

I'm looking for a McKirk fic that I'm sure is on AO3 but I can't find for life. I can't exactly remember if Jim and Bones are already a couple (I think they are), but Bones has to spend some time at another ship or starbase for a few weeks. The ship/starbase receive some special cargo that is locked in cargo bay with some medicine Bones need for a (female) crewmember who suffers from some rare condition. Anyway there is a Klingon attack and Bones goes through the vents in an attempt to retrive the medicine. Turns out the Kinglons are after some money/gold that was in the cargo bay, some stupid brass was involved and all, Bones is hurt but is a 110% BAMF, Jim and the Enterprise come to the rescue and all is well in the universe.

Also, if someone out there has a copy or link for Elaine_Penny "Skin", I would be forerever grateful - I know I've asked it before, but it is worth a try.

I remember reading this story about Kirk and McCoy in an established relationship. One night McCoy tells Kirk that he loves him, either while sleeping or about to fall asleep. Kirk has commitment issues and freaks out. He leaves and has sex with a couple (male and female). He immediately regrets it and returns to McCoy, hoping that he will forgive him.

I'm really interested in rereading this story, but I like super-hurt!Bones fics that have at least a little bit of a HEA, where he ends up with Kirk and/or Spock. Like the story Ghosts.

does anyone knows of a McKirk fanfic from AO3 where Jim gave Bones a caduceus (medical insigna) gift of some sort? He gave Bone both the caduceus and the Rod of Asclepius since he wasn’t sure which is the right one.

i think it’s kind of an au, but i’m not really sure. hope someone could help me! :DDDDD

I'm looking for a fic where Bones is a Mer but no one on the ship knows because he hates water and his Mer self. He gets sick or he's already sick when he and Jim go on away mission to a water planet. He can be cured but only if he can shift to a Mer in the water. If I remember correctly this fic is a pre STID fic, so it's an older one.

In particular I’m looking for any fics where Jim is experiencing panic attacks and Bones has to sedate him to calm him down.

Also any fics where Spoke uses the Vulcan pinch on Jim to get him under control would be wonderful.

I just love the Triumvirate as a whole and want to see them happy...But the masochistic part of me enjoys reading about the pain before the pleasure I guess.

I'm looking for any good endgame-Mcspirk fics in which two of them are together (or supposedly together, or are getting together) while the third pines from afar (or from a-near, I'm not picky on that front). Maybe the third is encouraging the two to get together? Maybe the established pair are actually also pining for their third to join them?? Maybe Mcspirk is already established but one (or more) of them starts feeling insecure???

I would love to read more pining!Kirk (please please please), since pining!Bones is already my jam (like jfc). And I can't say I've read any pining!Spock with McKirk (godddd) happening yet, but it's probably (hopefully) only a matter of time.

I've read some Mcspirk of the pining variety before, but only a few on AO3. Please help expand my search there, and across LJ/FFN. I'd really appreciate it.

I'm new to this fandom, so please excuse me if I do anything incorrectly. But not too long ago i read a Jim/Bones story where McCoy is recently divorced and moves into the apartment above a coffee/flower shop owned by Jim (I can't remember which). Jim owns both the coffee shop and the flower shop as well as the two apartments over the shops. Jim lives in one and Bones rents the other. Jim tries flirting with Bones through flowers left on his doorstep but Bones doesn't really get it.

I read it somewhat recently and wanted to read it again but for the life of me i cannot find this story. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I'm looking for a specific Bones and Jim story set during the Academy era, where Jim is being abused by an instructor or something, and Bones is the one who eventually figures it out and helps Jim, and great personal/professional risk I think. I'm pretty sure they weren't close friends yet, and this is how they became close.
I'm looking for three types of fics in general as well:
1. Any Bones/Jim slash or friendship fics where Jim is severely injured or ill, and has a very long recovery under Bones care.
2. Any fics where Jim is disabled or has a chronic illness/condition of some kind.
3. Any stories that show Bones' prowess as a surgeon, either performing triage or surgery, particularly if it's on Jim or Spock.

Hi,

I'm looking for a K/S fic in which Spock thinks Jim cheated. I think Jim was actually attacked by someone but only Bones and some of the crew believe him? Anyhow, Jim leaves the Enterprise with Bones and a few others and ends up with a new ship and he goes on to do great things. Ends with Jim and Bones in a relationship.

I am looking for a specific Kirk/McCoy fic. McCoy is a small town doctor (I think in Georgia). Kirk is a newly retired starfleet captain. Kirk moves to town and McCoy is all southern and looks out for him. I think there is a lot of resisting of attraction (particularly on McCoy's part). I think it was a medium to longer length fic.

I am desperately looking for a McKirk fic I read a while back but for the life me cannot remember the name or where I read it.
What I do remember is that it takes place after the Narada, Jim & McCoy is in a relationship but McCoy's ex wants him back now that he is a hero. Miscommunication sorted out, Jim & McCoy is getting some much deserved sleep when the ex arrives, telling McCoy it's just a phase and it's done now. McCoy puts her in her place and so on and so forth.

Please please please help. It's driving me nuts.

Hi there I'm looking for a specific kind of emotional hurt/comfort involving Kirk/McCoy. So basically I've read a couple of fics where Jim hurts Bones by saying something really insensitive or ignoring him because of all his captainly duties and such. I'm looking for anything along these lines where Kirk inadvertently hurts Bones emotionally or makes him feel rejected. Things like ignoring him, talking to him horribly or flirting with other people (BUT NO ACTUAL CHEATING!!) In other words a miserable Bones and an oblivious-turned-guilt-ridden Kirk. Anything along these lines would be much appreciated :) If you have anything that is the same idea but McCoy/Spock I'll take that too, as long as it's Bones being hurt. Because apparently I'm evil and I love a good hurt!Bones :p

I am looking for three different McKirk fics read ages ago:

1. Modern-Day AU where Kirk is a helicopter pilot, recently back from military service, and McCoy is a transplant doctor. I think they meet at the hospital, but I'm not sure. I also think Sulu is a pilot as well. I don't remember much more beyond those few details.

2. Modern-Day (ish) AU (dubcon) where McCoy is running from Kirk for some reason that I cannot remember, who eventually catches up to him in a hotel room. I think Kirk hides in a closet or something? Results in McCoy tied to the bed and falling apart under Kirk's attention.

3. In the last one I'm looking for, McCoy was left behind on a desert planet because of a storm, and time moved more quickly there. He kept a journal while he was there also. He was finally rescued, severly dehydrated and touch-starved.

I'm looking for a Mirrorverse fic I read a few years ago.

This is what I remember: Kirk and McCoy had a deal; Kirk protects McCoy and Joanna and McCoy accepts to be his lover. Joanna lives with Jocelyn, but through Kirk's influence/money McCoy is able to have visitation rights or something like that. One day he is going to pick up Joanna when Jocelyn's men try to kill him. McCoy almost dies and Kirk revenges McCoy by killing Jocelyn and maybe half of her clan. Once McCoy is recovered, Kirk gives him a couple of bracelets made with Jocelyn's bones, then sets McCoy free because he broke his end of the deal and couldn't protect him and Joanna. But McCoy says it was not his fault and keeps the deal.

I *think* that in the end of the story it was clear that Kirk had always loved McCoy, though McCoy makes clear that he will stay with Kirk but he will never love Kirk the way he wants because he just doesn't have it in him to be in that kind of love anymore. It is not a very dark Mirrorverse fic.

Oh, I'm sure I read that on Livejournal.
