I already searched on google, but nothing came up.
I remember that K/S were together when Kirk was raped by an alien (maybe an ambassador or something). Everyone thinks he cheated on Spock, so after some time he leaves the enterprise and I think Starfleet too (not sure about that one).
Turns out he got an illness from the alien and now has something like leukemia, he could be treated, but he already gave up on life. A doctor then talks to Spock!Prime, who gets Kirk to allow the treatment. After that, I'm not sure why, the Enterprise comes back to earth and Spock lives with Jim for some reason and he sees how weak Jim still is. I know that they come back together and I think I remember that Jim has to take hypos, because of the aftermath of his treatment.

Please help, I would love to read it again.

Hello everyone, I am new to this. So pardon me if I make mistakes. I have combed the internet over the last few months for long (like really long 50k-800k) stories revolving around Spock, particularly if he is hurt/injured/sick/depressed/abused (I'll take anything. Explicit violence and sexual content do not bother me.) So if you have any recs, I'd be grateful if you could share them here.

In this fic, Bones discovers he has some sort of terminal illness modern medicine still cannot cure. Jim is understandably upset, and Spock starts looking for a cure. Jim becomes increasingly touchy/angry/pushes people away/I don't remember exactly, and Spock spends all his time looking for a cure. Eventually they have a fight/breakup, Spock finds the cure, saves Bones, and Jim realizes this is what he was working on all along. This fic has a happy ending, please help me find mine!

Hi!

I'm looking for slice-of-life type fics (or themes/scenes within larger fics) where Jim isn't at his best physically and Spock helps. Or helps as much as Jim lets him.

Nothing life or death. Just kind of quieter. A mild illness that Jim continues his duties through, stress that steals his appetite or ability to sit still. And Spock there to take the edge off, or convince him that sleep is a good thing.

I'm fine with Tarsus IV being a theme if there's a loss of appetite w/ stress, or there being a more dramatic plot line behind everything. I'd prefer Jim not overly incapacitated by whatever's his ailment is - just enough to make Spock fret a little.

Hi all,
I'm looking for any fics set during/after Star Trek Into Darkness that deal with the injuries Spock must have had after Khan tries to crush his skull. I'm looking for fics that deal with Bones discover and treating the injuries. Particularly a sucker for any fics that mention head/skull injuries specifically.
On a related request, I would love recs for any fics, AOS or original verse, where Bones has to perform surgery on Spock, particularly where it's a complicated procedure.

Hey y'all. I am trying to find a fic that I read a long long time ago and now can not find it for the life of me. I know I read it on fanfiction.net, but if someone can find it on other platforms I will take that.

It has been a few years so the details are a little sketchy. I remember there was definite Bones/Kirk tones, although I can't remember if it was shipping or just all the friendship. It wasn't an excessively long fic, it was stand alone, not a part of a big story. Basics is that Kirk was being tortured by an alien race. I think he was in a glass tube or something and they were giving him a drug that made him see all the bridge crew die in front of him and all he could do was pound on the glass.

Potentially the same fic or a different one, same idea in that aliens made him see his crew die in front of him, but I am remembering (maybe) a scene in which they are all on the bridge and either the drug thing happens then or they replay/etc. their deaths and Bones has to grab Kirk to make him realize it is not true while the rest of the bridge watches (with surprise?)

Any help is appreciated, thanks so much!

In particular I’m looking for any fics where Jim is experiencing panic attacks and Bones has to sedate him to calm him down.

Also any fics where Spoke uses the Vulcan pinch on Jim to get him under control would be wonderful.

The fics can be gen, Kirk/Bones, Kirk/Spock or Bones/Kirk/Spock, I’ll read them all.

I can't believe I can't find any of them...but I'm looking for stories that involve multiple characters being tortured/interrogated, preferably used against each other? Any kind of torture/interrogation technique is okay, including rape/abuse/violence/etc. (Anticipating that those come with the territory.)

Got a hankering for those "Don't tell them anything!" *gets punched* "I'll tell you whatever you want, just leave him/her alone!" sort of stories.

(Preferably AOS, but TOS or other series are good too! I love TNG/Voyager)

I’ve used ST-ficfinder a handful of times but I’m still struggling to find the themes I’m looking for. I’ve been searching for more hurt Spock fics lately and it’s been hard to come across them. I’d like to read some stories that focus on Spock being either injured, abused, ill, enslaved, captured and hurt, depressed, anything like that! I know this is rather vague but I’m not picky! I’ve read some really good ones and I know they’re out there, it’s just a matter of finding them! Hopefully you can recommend some for me.

It’s a bonus if you can find some where Jim is protective over Spock, does anything he can to save him, or takes care of him in the process. Or even Jim just being dominant while Spock is fairly submissive. My favorites are Spirk but I also don’t mind McCoy being the one to help Spock. Spones is perfectly accpetable! I’d prefer Abrams Universe but that’s not a requirement! Thank you so much in advance and I appreciate anyone who takes the time to rec stories. Anything that you feel is remotely close to the themes is welcomed!

Hi all!

I can't remember where I read this fic, but the thing that stands out is that Jim goes up against some bad guys, sets a trap or acts as a diversion or something to that effect, he ends up getting shot in the head with a phaser at point blank range.

When he comes to, crew is worried and pissed, and he says something along the lines of "Good thing I had it set to stun" to which Spock responds that even a stun can be fatal at such close range. I think everybody marvels that for somebody so smart, he can be an idiot sometimes--but I might be mixing fics up at that point. Google has failed me when I tried searching for keywords.

Hi,
I'm looking for a specific Bones and Jim story set during the Academy era, where Jim is being abused by an instructor or something, and Bones is the one who eventually figures it out and helps Jim, and great personal/professional risk I think. I'm pretty sure they weren't close friends yet, and this is how they became close.
I'm looking for three types of fics in general as well:
1. Any Bones/Jim slash or friendship fics where Jim is severely injured or ill, and has a very long recovery under Bones care.
2. Any fics where Jim is disabled or has a chronic illness/condition of some kind.
3. Any stories that show Bones' prowess as a surgeon, either performing triage or surgery, particularly if it's on Jim or Spock.

I'm looking for two specific Kirk/McCoy NuTrek fics:
1. An AU where Bones is a Vampire, and Jim is a latent Fae I think. I remember it's unusual that Jim has no apparent magic, and Pike(who is married to number one?) wants Bones to bond with Jim to protect him. There's a couple scenes in a bar, with Bones being protective, and eventually Jim's magic manifests somehow. I remember Jim is some kind of cop and Chekov is really small-like Jimmy Cricket?-and his partner or something.
2. A lot more vague, but Bones hasn't seen Joanna in years, and either after the Narada or during a holiday Jim surprises Bones with seeing his daughter again. I remember it was a scene at the end of a quite long fic, and Joanna runs down a corridor towards Bones or something.
Also, more generally I was looking for Kirk/McCoy fics where:
3. Jim has some kind of long term disability or illness, or is just really badly injured, and Bones acts in a caretaker/Doctor role. Basically, I'm looking for fics where Jim is in need of some form of handson/constant-ish medical care and Bones is the one providing it. AUs, post STID, Slash, Non-slash, anything is good.

So the new STB trailer just came out, which contains even more hurt!Spock and spones, which, unfortunately, is exactly opposite to what I want......

So considering after its release the fandom will most likely be inundated with hurt!Spock and spones fics, I just wanna enjoy some sweet hurt!Jim featuring overprotective!Everybody before the whole world turned its back on me...

I already went through the hurt!Jim C2 on ff, could you guys please rec me some more delicious hurt!Jim fics? It can be gen or slash, but if it's slash I'd prefer a bottom!Kirk.

I'm tearing my hair out over this fic I can't find.

I read it quite a few years ago and I'm almost 100% sure that it was in the Star Trek fandom, but, since it was AU there is a slight possibility that it might've been a different fandom altogether. But I'm starting here.

If I remember correctly it went like this:

It's completely AU, no Enterprise, Jim and Spock have never met, etc. Jim is sent out to some sort of armed base where he is eventually tasked with guarding this prisoner, Spock, who is chained to some sort of pole in the middle of the base. I think he is of another species (but I truly cannot remember anything about telepathy which is why I'm not super sure that we're talking about Vulcans), and he is never fed or brought water. Jim pities him and secretly brings him water and eventually frees Spock and steals a motorcycle which they both escape on. During their escape, I think they stumble upon Hikaru and Pavel who are in bed together sleeping on the base. They do not report Jim and Spock because Hikaru and Jim have a tentative friendship where they respect each other. Once they're out they flee up in the tropical forest, on dirt roads, and get to know each other during that time. Eventually they reach Spock's clan or something (they are hiding in a cave) and it's very tearful when they're reunited. They eventually managed to sneak back to the base and steal a starship which they all escape on.

At least I think this is how the story went. If anyone reognizes it, be it Star Trek or not, pleeaaase heelp meee. I'm dying of frustration.
